In a unique event held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Bollywood's legendary trio — Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan — came together to discuss their remarkable careers, lasting friendships, and the impact they have had on Hindi cinema over the past thirty years.
The three celebrated actors, often referred to as the Khans of Bollywood, shared the stage during a session at the Joy Forum 2025 on Friday.
Salman, known for his candid humor, dismissed the notion of being labeled as 'stars.' He remarked, 'We don’t see ourselves as stars. While some media might refer to us as 'Salman Khan, star' or 'Aamir Khan, super duper star,' we don’t buy into that. At home, we are just like everyone else. My parents still scold me,' he shared.
Shah Rukh added that their fame stems from the deep emotional bond they share with their audience. He noted, 'Aamir is known for his meticulous nature and dedication to storytelling. Salman brings his heartfelt spontaneity to his work. I try to blend both approaches. Ultimately, what binds us and many other stars is the emotional connection our films create with the audience.'
